Our repsonse to COVID-19- At Gallina Management, the health and well-being of our customers, colleagues and communities are our top priority. In response to the coronavirus pandemic, please note the following adjustments to our services until further notice:

OFFICE VISITS
In support of community health, all Gallina Management Inc. Offices will be participating in precautionary actions to limit the spread of COVID-19. Our lobbies are open to the public. However, we will be practicing social distancing as well as requiring the use of face coverings to anyone who is able to follow these procedures. 
 
SHOWINGS 
We are now open for tours of the model apartment, any vacant apartments we may have, and our community areas. Please note that we are requiring face coverings be worn by anyone who is able during in-person tours. If you prefer, we are also offering virtual tours at this time. 

MAINTENANCE
Maintenance in individual apartments will resume the week of 9/8/20, while following all health and safety precautions.as outlined in Emergency Order #8 and Governor Evers Emergency order #1 as well as the CDC and all other governmental authorities.

Emergency Maintenance – This procedure has not changed. Please continue to call in as needed, during business and non-business hours. Our on-call staff will continue to be available for emergency maintenance during non-business hours.

We will continue to monitor this evolving situation and we will get through this together, and keep you informed regarding ongoing adjustments to Gallina Management’s services.
